We accept same day appointments as feasible.

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled time (especially for an initial first appointment) to allow time to fill out some basic new patient paperwork. Punctuality much appreciated since the doctors try very much to stay on time for everybody’s benefit.

Are we primary care physicians? No.

We insist that you have a primary care physician, because:

• We are not always available
• We do not admit and follow patients in the hospital
• We do not provide certain routine services.

How can we be reached after hours:

In case of emergency call 911

For urgent non-emergent calls we will soon provide a number where we can be notified and can call you back (due to the moving of the office we anticipate this number to be operational Dec. 12, 2022).

In general the clinic is closed:

• Legal Holidays
• Good Thursday through the Monday after Easter Sunday 
• 2 weeks in the summer (to be announced but in general mid July to mid August) 
• From December 21, 2023 to January 8th, 2024 

We reserve the right to close the office if the doctors are not available due to unexpected duties.
